Requirements
- Detail-oriented and consistent nature.
- Ability to work well as a productive member of a team.
- Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing in English.
- Basic understanding of production procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Responsibilities
- Reading blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, to help build to those specifications.
- Using various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Performing basic repairs when needed.
- Contacting Materials Handlers if inventory tools, parts, and supplies are needed.
- Ensuring product quality to help resolve and identify problems and alert Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Any other duties assigned by Leadership.
