Location: 1747 Benzie Hwy - Benzonia, Michigan 49616 Job Description: Position Summary: Maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables.
- Maintain display and quality control.
- Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production.
- Maintain Clean and Safe working environment.
- Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
- Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
- Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
- May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Some Retail experience a plus.
- Some Computer Skills.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
