WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to provide major support to the outsourcing team throughout the full cycle of the contracting process. This role involves guiding newly hired managers or business group members through the established onboarding procedures for future openings. The successful candidate will interview hiring managers to understand the required skill set for new open positions and act as a key administrator of the procurement system. Responsibilities also include performing resume pre-screening, arranging interviews, interfacing with hiring managers to obtain feedback on interviews and candidate status, preparing contract documents, reviewing invoices from vendors, managing third-party contractor travel policies, and performing other outsourcing duties as assigned or needed.
