About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the North America and Europe team based in Everett, Washington. We are looking for qualified candidates with a strong supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers worldwide. As a Procurement Agent, you will oversee complex work packages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products that support our airline customers and the flying public.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
6+ years of project and program management experience
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 20% of the time

Nice To Haves

Level 4: 10+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
10+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance
10+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
Executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
