About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, talent management, and training development to enhance our workforce's skills and knowledge. This position offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time schedules, allowing trainers to choose their own hours while ensuring that they meet the expected hours of 25 to 40 per week. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs using various tools such as Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals. In this role, the Trainer will implement change management strategies to support organizational initiatives and provide guidance on conflict management and HR sourcing practices. Utilizing platforms like SharePoint and Workday for training administration is also a key aspect of the position. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt training programs to meet diverse learning styles and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position is crucial for fostering a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that can effectively contribute to the company's success.
