About the position
The Occupational Therapist position at Columbia Healthcare and North Park Nursing involves providing skilled occupational therapy services with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Implement skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with therapy policies and procedures.
- Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in providing services under the OT's plan of care.
- Contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state regulations compliance.
- Experience in developing treatment and discharge plans.
- Ability to supervise and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants.
