Responsibilities

Requirements

• Five years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge and experience in managing comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.
• Proficient analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain client records.
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and handle confidential issues with integrity.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems.
