About The Position

Gateway Rehab (GRC) in Braddock, PA is hiring security PRN Monitors to help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for our residence. Afternoon and overnight shifts are now available with a competitive shift differential — perfect for those looking to make an impact while earning more for your time. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to pay sharp attention to detail for monitoring resident behavior, facility movement, and identify potential risks
• Ability to defuse tense situations and handle disputes calmly and effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold a professional demeanor
• Pass a Department of Corrections Clean Background Check
• Pass Drug Screen – Company paid
• Get a 2-Step PPD/TB Test – Company paid when possible
• Have valid driver’s license with favorable driving record
• Obtain a CPR certification shortly after starting

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient movement
• Maintaining detailed logs
• Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
• Conducting intakes and orientations for new patients
• Administering drug screenings
• Overseeing medication dispensing
• Conducting random room checks
• Transporting residents as needed
