About the position
As a Private Client Banker at Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role involves building lasting relationships, providing tailored financial education and advice, and ensuring clients receive the best products and services to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for acquiring new clients through referrals and developing connections with internal and external sources.
Responsibilities
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
- Actively manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
- Partner with specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs.
- Facilitate convenient access to accounts through self-service options.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- 1 year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent in financial services with success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Completion of the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of starting the role.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
