About the position

The Prisma Cloud Solutions Architect at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for building influential relationships with key technical decision-makers in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on educating customers about industry trends, showcasing security best practices, and acting as a trusted advisor in cloud security. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with account managers and local partners to drive customer success and provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers.
• Educate customers on industry trends and changes in the security landscape.
• Showcase security best practices through technical proof of concepts.
• Act as the technical voice of Sales for security and compliance in Public Cloud.
• Develop relationships with technical teams in channel partners for successful deployments.
• Convey customer feedback to Product Management and R&D for product feature development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform security features and services.
• Background in cloud security and security domain.
• Understanding of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
