About the position
The AF Solutions EP Sales Trainer at Boston Scientific is responsible for executing internal training programs for clinical and sales teams in the electrophysiology (EP) field. This role focuses on developing and delivering a comprehensive training program that includes eLearning, virtual classes, and in-person classroom training, aimed at enhancing the skills of the sales force and ensuring effective product knowledge and sales techniques. The trainer will continuously evaluate and improve the training program based on trainee performance and feedback, contributing to the growth of a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual sales training
- Facilitate classroom training and evaluate learner performance
- Customize training approaches for different sales roles
- Continuously assess and improve the training program
- Develop and execute sales training content for virtual and classroom settings
- Conduct product launch training
- Collaborate daily with training team, field sales, marketing, and medical education
- Manage digital content and access portals in collaboration with technical experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Cardiology, EP, and/or lab with technical/clinical proficiency
- Strong facilitation skills and classroom experience
- Proficient in Mapping technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BSC's Mapping System/OPAL
- Familiarity with Boston Scientific EP Products
- Extensive experience with Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and/or imaging
- Experience in educational roles within healthcare or medical device industry
- Experience teaching clinicals to support EP programs
