This role involves gathering, researching, and defining product and business requirements. The successful candidate will write detailed functional specifications and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations, and opportunities. Responsibilities include expanding and enhancing technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth, analyzing the cost/benefit of feature selection, and managing the IT and/or cloud-based product life cycle. This includes strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution to ensure sales and partner teams are successful. The role also focuses on creating awareness and increasing service adoption for target market segments, increasing sales by leading calls with key customers, developing tools to support the sales team, and identifying opportunities for increased success. Additionally, the role involves developing and interpreting information to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions.
