About The Position

Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years building and shipping consumer products (mobile preferred)
  • Experience owning 0 → 1 and scaling products post-launch
  • Strong product judgment and taste for user experience
  • Track record improving engagement, retention, or growth metrics
  • Comfortable prototyping and testing ideas, not just writing specs
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Clear communicator who can work directly with founders and small teams

Responsibilities

  • Work with learning, design, and engineering to build engaging, effective mobile-first learning experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our students and continuously improving the product through data and intuition.
  • Own and drive both 0→1 and 1→N initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on product strategy and key decisions.
  • Run fast iterations across onboarding, engagement, and retention to drive growth.
  • Vibe code and show your ideas, not just talk about them.
