About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Tech at Intuit is responsible for transforming the technology that supports a hybrid workforce. This role focuses on creating innovative products that enhance employee experiences through the use of AI, automation, and other technologies. The successful candidate will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives aimed at improving hybrid work and employee event experiences, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the hybrid workplace and events tech portfolio as the product visionary and owner.
  • Partner with stakeholders and user groups to understand pain points and build a capability vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and establish operational rigor for the capabilities owned.
  • Advocate for customer needs and demonstrate how technology can enable desired outcomes.
  • Define customer benefits and clarify user priorities to guide decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and design teams to prioritize goals.
  • Manage relationships with large IT vendors, influencing their roadmaps and ensuring accountability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in workforce technology capabilities, staying informed about industry benchmarks and market landscape.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, analyzing metrics such as NPS and app utilization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in tech/software with a focus on AI.
  • 1-3 years of people management experience or readiness for such a role.
  • Experience with third-party tools and tech offerings for enterprises like ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Experience in delivering transformational employee experiences and leading change journeys.
  • Proven track record in ideation, technical development, and launch of enterprise software products.
  • Organizational and operational thinking skills with experience managing complex products or programs.
  • Ability to collaborate across various teams including customers, engineering managers, and UI engineers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics and track performance.
  • Strong business and technical background, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience experimenting with and delivering AI-powered experiences.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code and RPA technologies.
