Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or Public Administration.
- 8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, or related fields.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI.
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and operations.
