About the position

The Principal Finance Manager at Amazon One Medical is responsible for overseeing Commercial Topline Economics, playing a critical role in driving the company's mission to transform healthcare. This position involves building an analytics portfolio focused on membership, visits, engagement, and retention, while collaborating with various teams to inform business decisions through data-driven insights. The role requires a strategic leader who can manage finance, accounting, and operational processes effectively, ensuring the success of the organization in delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Build membership, visits, and engagement analytics and reporting.
• Partner with BI and Science teams to identify the inputs that drive our topline.
• Run cohort, segmentation, and deep dive analysis that will drive different business decisions.
• Deep dive changes and surface insights at the SVP level.
• Build Prime-like reporting for all member segments.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 10+ years of finance experience OR Master's degree and 8+ years of finance experience.
• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting, and operational processes.
