About the position
The Principal Finance Manager for Amazon One Medical will lead the analytics portfolio focused on membership, visits, engagement, and retention. This role is pivotal in driving business decisions through strategic partnerships across various teams, including marketing, product, tech, and finance. The manager will utilize quantitative techniques to analyze large datasets, providing insights that will influence the company's healthcare mission and improve the overall experience for patients and providers.
Responsibilities
- Build membership, visits and engagement analytics and reporting.
- Partner with BI and Science teams to identify the inputs that drive our topline.
- Run cohort, segmentation, and deep dive analysis that will drive different business decisions.
- Deep dive changes and surface insights at the SVP level.
- Build Prime-like reporting for all member segments.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 10+ years of finance experience OR Master's degree and 8+ years of finance experience.
