Responsibilities
- Providing Adult Primary Care, focusing on value-based care, and supported by a robust team
- Work in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
- Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary care
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
- Residency trained and Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or has Florida application in process
- Valid DEA license
