About the position
The Preschool Lead Educator will be responsible for teaching and guiding children in a nurturing, faith-based learning environment. This role focuses on implementing developmental skills and academic lessons for one-year-old preschoolers, ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere for learning.
Responsibilities
- Implement daily developmental skills and academic lessons for preschool children.
- Supervise all children during activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Encourage creative thinking and imagination in children.
- Build self-esteem and confidence in young learners.
- Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Understanding and adherence to Childcare Licensing Standards.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is necessary.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Certification of 45 hours in ECE is required as a minimum.
- Background check and fingerprints are required for employment.
