Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming front office atmosphere.
Assist with enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external partners.
Coordinate scheduling and assist with classroom activities and events.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the administrative team with various clerical tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
Maintain supplies and assist with inventory management.
