Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- A love for working with children and willingness to learn
- 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver)
- PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (for Preschool Teacher)
- 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (for Preschool Teacher)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).
