Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion fresh ingredients and hundreds of prep recipes for use in our dishes.
• Master culinary techniques such as making mashed potatoes and crafting sauces.
• Maintain a sanitary, food-safe workstation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong knife skills.
• Knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Attention to detail in following steps and techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
