About the position

The Clinical Consultant utilizes their clinical knowledge and product expertise to serve as a customer advocate and recommend strategic and transformative solutions. Your role includes partnering with the Sales Team to drive overall business and product deal support, developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies for Philips to expand market share, and developing relationships with customer's key clinical stakeholders. You will design and deliver clinical workflow and technology evaluations that focus on optimization and a solution that matches customer KPIs, lead clinically-focused customer presentations, and partner with the team to coordinate on-site clinical product demonstrations. Additionally, you will educate customers on the benefits of new software releases and collaborate with the Account Manager to develop hospital-specific analyses to establish competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Team to drive overall business and product deal support.
  • Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Develop relationships with customer's key clinical stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver clinical workflow and technology evaluations.
  • Lead clinically-focused customer presentations that drive clinical benefits and strategy.
  • Coordinate on-site clinical product demonstrations and evaluations with key decision makers.
  • Educate customers on benefits of new software releases and features.
  • Collaborate with AM to develop hospital-specific install base and clinical workflow analysis.
  • Maintain customer relationships through presales and post sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelors required, Masters preferred.
  • Current RN with 7+ years' experience in critical care, manager, OR, or ED; Director experience preferred.
  • 5+ years' industry experience within med device preferred.
  • Clinical informatics experience preferred.
  • Capital medical device experience preferred; Philips Patient Monitoring experience is a plus.
  • PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel), proven writing skills, and excellent verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess workflow models and deliver executive level presentations.

  • Experience in clinical informatics.
  • Experience with capital medical devices.
  • Experience with Philips Patient Monitoring.
