Responsibilities
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
- Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Able to engage in physical activity with children and assume postures in low levels for visual contact.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively.
