Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the veterinary hospital.
- Interview, hire, and develop associates.
- Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity.
- Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
- Budget and plan for the hospital's financial needs.
- Schedule associates and coordinate time off and continuing education needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three years of related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
