Requirements

Smiling individuals.
Good customer service aptitude.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to regularly lift and carry merchandise, potentially weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb).
Must speak French.

Responsibilities

Assist the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks and make bank deposits.
Exceed customer expectations by welcoming them and providing fast and accurate service.
Process transactions and ensure cash register balancing.
Authorize and monitor gas pumps (if applicable).
Participate in optimizing sales and store profitability.
Stock shelves, rotate products, perform facing, and label products.
Handle coffee, certain food items, and pastry replenishment (if applicable).
Ensure the store is clean and attractive.
