This role involves teaming up with creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers to design presentations and other assets using provided templates, renderings, photography, illustrations, and icons that best tell the story. Collaborating with top executives, you’ll help create keynotes and campaigns for communications in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Self-Driving Cars, Robotics, and Gaming. The internal creative team builds everything in-house, from campaigns and product launches to events.

Requirements

  • Demonstration of the fundamental principles of graphic design for brand, presentation, layout, typography, video, photography, and 3D.
  • 5+ years of proven PowerPoint and/or Google Slides experience crafting visuals and designing presentations of established brands — with design samples using infographics, illustrations, diagrams, photo-illustrations, and compositing.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills — deep comfort and fluency in the tool, including complex animations, template builds, and slide organization for large-scale presentations.
  • Experience in both high-volume production work and high-visibility executive-level presentation design.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially as it relates to applying brand guidelines, formatting consistency, and visual polish.
  • Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure is critical.
  • Design aesthetics are essential.
  • Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and tracking your work in project management and enterprise content management tools such as Workfront.
  • A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field (or equivalent experience).

  • Show off your love for technology (especially AI!), ability, and passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out.
  • Show us how you design, build, and conceptualize big ideas and forward-thinking creative concepts, especially around abstract and technical subjects.
  • Walk us through a project that was memorable — share insights on what went well and what could be better.
  • Strong background in creating materials for fast-paced live events — experience supporting keynote or large-scale event work is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Designing presentations and other assets using provided templates, renderings, photography, illustrations, and icons that best tell the story.
  • Collaborating with top executives to create keynotes and campaigns for important communications in areas of Artificial Intelligence, Self-Driving Cars, Robotics, Gaming, and more.
  • Applying design skills to create a vision, iterate quickly, revise, and produce final presentations based on intent and direction from executives, peers, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Quickly and accurately QC decks.
  • Supporting long hours, nights, or weekends as needed, particularly around major events.
  • Solving multiple layout options for a single concept in a timely manner.
  • Seeking out and evangelizing the latest creative and design industry trends, individuals, work, and technologies, and embracing change.
