About the position

The Power BI Lead at Tiger Analytics is a pivotal role focused on leveraging advanced analytics to drive business value for clients, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in data analytics and business consulting skills, enabling them to engage with executive stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into actionable insights through self-service dashboards and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Design and optimize database structures to support analytics initiatives.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Drive the adoption of self-service analytics across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence space.
• Proficiency in Power BI as a business intelligence reporting tool.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of the CPG space, particularly in sales, marketing, and supply chain.
• Experience with Data Warehouse ETL processes using SSIS packages is preferred.
• Consulting experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques and tools beyond Power BI.
