About the position
As an ESL Teacher at Clarifi Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering specialized instruction to English Language Learners (ELL) in a collaborative and innovative environment. Your role will involve fostering a positive learning atmosphere while ensuring that students meet their language development goals in a fast-paced educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement instructional plans for ELL students.
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to support diverse learners.
- Regularly assess and track student progress to modify strategies for continued language development.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Illinois PEL with ESL endorsement.
- Proven experience as an ESL Teacher or in a related role.
- Experience working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a master's degree in TESOL or a related field is a plus!
