About The Position

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Pool Food Runner. Hourly wage: $18.00 - $19.10

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
• ‘Serving It Right’ certificate.
• Strong commitment to service, and a great attitude!
• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest satisfaction by supporting the Food Server in delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen.
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
• Assist in the discreet clearing, cleaning, and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver to uphold Four Seasons Standards and provide superior service by greeting guests warmly.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Contribute to the stocking of linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; participate in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages.
• Foster a harmonious and professional working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
