About The Position
American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Policy Processing Representative to join their team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support. AFIC is an "A+" Superior-rated company by A.M. Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong attendance record and dependability
- Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Nice To Haves
- Degree Highly preferred
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
- Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience
