Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California Driver's License + Acceptable Driving Record
  • Eligibility to acquire an occupational sales license
  • 1-2 years call center experience, sales experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills
  • Availability to work late nights and most weekends and holidays
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Pass preliminary Background Check and Drug Screen

Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in customer experience and guide prospective customers through the online purchasing process
  • Use your expertise in customer service to meet the needs of new and existing customers
  • Follow up with leads and from all touch points including: online portal and CRM System
  • Maintain accurate customer information during every contact
  • Make proactive outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments for prospective customers
  • Coordinate all aspects of the customer buying experience from first contact to delivery of vehicle
  • Become an industry leader in electric vehicle sales
  • Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights
