About the position

The Pneumococcal Access and Pricing Strategy Associate (HEOR) position is a full-time, 12-month contract role within the Pneumococcal Vaccine Global Access Strategy and Pricing (GASP) Team. The primary focus of this role is to support pricing and reimbursement assessments for the client's vaccine portfolio, particularly Pneumococcal Vaccines. The associate will consolidate and track key metrics and KPIs, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment in evidence generation.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing pricing and reimbursement assessments for the Pneumococcal vaccine portfolio.
  • Consolidate and track key metrics and KPIs from over 100+ markets.
  • Serve as the core project manager for the Pneumococcal GASP team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure evidence aligns with strategy and key study outcomes.
  • Conduct database analysis, primary market research, literature reviews, and decision models as needed.
  • Engage in budget impact models, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and cost-effectiveness analyses.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health policy, public health, health economics, economics, or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Basic competence with methodological approaches and tools in health services research, including literature review and clinical data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of data science and health economic methodologies is desirable.
  • Familiarity with international health systems, health technology assessment, and pharmaceutical economics is preferable.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
  • Intern experience in a relevant field.
