About the position
Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead and manage the night crew in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is crucial for the overall success of the business, focusing on coaching, training, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The PM General Manager will work closely with the team to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers while also driving performance and achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the night crew for 4 shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM.
- Coach and train team members to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
- Oversee all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant business.
- Meet and exceed targeted standards including food, labor, and paper costs through effective planning and training.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of management experience, preferably in restaurant management.
- Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
- Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong multitasking skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in shift management, crew leadership, or kitchen management.
- Background in food service.
