Ahern has an exciting opportunity for a Plumbing Sales Project Manager located in Fond du Lac, WI. Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a customer base focused on plumbing construction projects.
  • Perform preliminary design for estimates.
  • Meet with customers to establish and maintain relationships and generate sales.
  • Estimate plumbing projects.
  • Set up and close out projects.
  • Project manage the work sold and coordinate installation with the field, suppliers, and other subcontractors.
  • Influence the financial performance of Milwaukee, WI regional work.
  • Manage plumbing projects in conjunction with a Designer and Ahern's field plumbing talent.
  • Receive collaborative support from Purchasing, Engineering, and Collections groups.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of sales and project management experience with plumbing related projects.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes.
  • Basic understanding of design.
  • Strong understanding of how to put together a disciplined estimate.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
