The Plumbing Sales Consultant role at ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling & Electric is designed for individuals who are passionate about plumbing and sales. Responsibilities

• Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
• Submit orders based on price lists and product demands
• Maintaining communication with the company and customers
• Negotiating with clients, following up/accountability
• Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
• Expanding professional and technical knowledge
• Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Knowledge of plumbing codes
• Providing an excellent customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation skills, with task-oriented mindset
• Goal driven, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass criminal background check
