About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our Plumbing Division. We service multi-family homes, handling repairs, replacements, and more. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and working closely with technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders. We value dedicated team members who are readily available to address urgent situations and support our field teams, ensuring smooth operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years proven experience in Plumbing
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Google Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues.
  • Work closely with technicians and subcontractors to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, bids, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
