Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with homeowners and staff to promote respect and understanding.
• Collaborate with office staff and other technicians to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Receive and execute directions given by lead plumbers.
• Learn and apply technical skills to assess client needs and complete repairs/services in a timely manner.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure customers receive the best service and advice.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of paperwork and data entry.
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends as required for customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school trade courses or plumbing knowledge.
• Demonstrated history of personal accountability.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Acceptable work and character references.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of tankless water heater sales, installation, and repair.
• Experience with water softening and filtration systems.
• Familiarity with trenchless sewer replacement.
• Experience in fixture replacement and repair.
• Knowledge of video inspection of drain lines.
