About the position

The Platform Partnerships & Research Specialist for K-12 Digital Assessments at The College Board is responsible for managing and enhancing partnerships that support the digital assessment platform. This role involves analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and tracking key performance indicators to drive product success. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and project execution, while also leveraging insights to inform product development and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build on existing partnerships to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction with current platform partners.
  • Identify and secure new platform partnerships to support business and platform goals.
  • Facilitate communication between external product and technology partners and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track ongoing updates to partner technology and communicate details to the product team.
  • Provide regular status updates to the product development team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the digital assessment technology market, including competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research and maintain a competitive analysis of other digital assessment delivery platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to product development teams.
  • Identify, define, measure, and communicate Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital testing platform.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to track product performance and provide actionable insights to product development teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize product performance against goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in educational technology, with a strong focus on K-12 digital assessment.
  • Strong understanding of product and/or program delivery with experience in an Agile product development environment.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with experience collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Proven experience in market research and data analysis, preferably in the product management domain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a proactive approach to communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
