The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer supports the facility in maintaining compliance with all applicable government regulations and company policies related to environmental health, safety, fire protection, and facility inspections. This role helps ensure that all EHS processes are effectively managed at all times. Additionally, the EHS Engineer contributes to building a strong culture of ownership and employee engagement around EHS initiatives across the site. Success in this role is measured through key performance indicators such as Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), employee participation in EHS programs, completion of job hazard assessments, internal audits, incident investigations and root cause analyses, inspections, and the accurate collection and maintenance of EHS records and data. We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $100-$115k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
