About The Position
This individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as-built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support, and tracking earned value on projects. Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in industrial planning and scheduling
- A Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled in pipe and millwright work
- SAP experience
Responsibilities
- Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance
- Develop work packages through job walks
- Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications
- Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality
- Design project schedules and contract agreements, maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare reports for client support
- Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month
- Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies
- Support schedule and time impact analysis exercises
- Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately
- Understand industry QC and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
