Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage min/max planning, set appropriate parameters, and actively maintain lead-times in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics functions to understand material availability and the most efficient way of bringing them on site.
  • Use data from ERP reports, PowerBI, and KPIs to lead and participate in Continuous Improvement events, implementing Kanban, visual management systems, and 5S.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing, pricing, and lead-time challenges, and implement strategies to achieve both long-term and short-term goals.
  • Set production plans using ERP systems, analyze lead time and delivery performance, and optimize equipment OEE.
  • Analyze performance against KPIs, lead annual physical inventory audits, and implement corrective actions based on data.
  • Take ownership of information and data that drive lead times, identify trends through data analysis, and resolve root causes.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 years of manufacturing experience preferred; APICS Certification (CPIM) is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and ERP software.
