About the position

The Full-Time Cleaner at Planet Fitness plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for club members. This position is essential for ensuring that all areas of the gym, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, and restrooms, are kept in top condition, contributing to the overall member experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and gym floor.
• Clean and sanitize the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities, and locker area.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Stock all supplies around the club and in locker rooms.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.

Requirements

• Successful prior custodial experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
