Start your shift at 10am and leave between 4pm and 7pm. Nights, 4-5 days per week. Start your shift between 4pm-6pm and leave at close, around 1am. $20 / hour is wage, mileage, and tips combined. You may not make that every hour while on the clock. You should average it over a pay period.
