About the position
We are actively hiring Petroleum Pipe Fitters who are looking to become a part of our southeastern team! You must be located in North Carolina and must be willing to travel throughout the southeast for different projects. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A PETROLEUM PIPEFITTER.
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing petroleum equipment such as fuel dispensers, flex connector and shear valves.
- Working with in-tank equipment such as submersible fuel pumps and drop tubes with overfill prevention valves.
- Handling storage tank top equipment such as tank sumps, product spill containers, and manholes.
- Installing and repairing fuel piping systems, including single and double-wall fiberglass systems, flexible piping systems, fusion welded piping systems, and product entry fittings.
- Knowledge of tank and line manifold systems is a plus.
- Using air compressors and hammers.
- Constructing dispenser island forms.
- Excavating piping trenches.
- Replacing manholes.
- Working with fiberglass petroleum pipes.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a petroleum pipe fitter.
- Must be located in North Carolina.
- Willingness to travel throughout the southeast for different projects.
