Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.

  • Provide appropriate follow-up care and monitoring of patients' conditions and recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families on their medical issues, treatment plans, and preventive care to improve their quality of life.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient care preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems (specifically EPIC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with medical best practices and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to participate in on call as part of a rotation, if required.
  • Experience with telemedicine and remote patient care is a plus.
  • Capacity to manage a diverse patient population with a variety of health issues.
  • Adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to the practice of medicine.
