About the position

Marshfield Clinic Health System is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship-trained Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon to join a large Orthopedic Surgery practice. This role focuses predominantly on shoulder and elbow procedures, with an established patient panel and a high volume of shoulder arthroplasties. The practice is well-equipped with advanced facilities and offers a supportive environment for medical education and research.

Responsibilities

• Perform shoulder and elbow surgeries, primarily focusing on shoulder arthroplasties.
• Manage an established patient panel and provide high-quality orthopedic care.
• Collaborate with a team of fellowship-trained orthopedic specialists in various subspecialties.
• Participate in on-call duties, with a call schedule of 1:9.
• Engage in medical education and research initiatives.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
• Experience in performing a high volume of shoulder surgeries.
