About The Position

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physicians to join their team. The hospitalists are a well-established, stable group of ABMS board-certified internists and family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. SVMC provides a great culture and collaborative team environment. The hospital has an average daily census of 45, including a 10-bed ICU with 24-hour Tele-ICU support. This full-time Nocturnist position involves 135 shifts per year. The role offers strong collegial relationships with emergency medicine, surgical and medical specialties, and nursing staff. Incentive compensation may be available in addition to the base salary. SVMC is an integrated, non-profit health system with a 100-year history of innovation. Requirements

Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
Post graduate training in residency program
Current or Eligible for Vermont Medical License
Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
Active hospital staff membership
