About the position

Benefis Health System is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join their established, hospital-employed group in Great Falls, Montana. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in various areas of family medicine, including outpatient care, urgent care, and more. The position emphasizes a work-life balance and provides opportunities for teaching medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient family practice care (non-OB)
• Engage in additional areas of work based on interests, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and Geriatrics
• Participate in point of care testing and radiology on-site
• Teach medical students from Touro University
• Collaborate with specialists across various fields including Urology, Orthopedics, and more
• Maintain a work-life balance with flexible scheduling options

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in Montana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in urgent care or occupational medicine
• Interest in teaching or mentoring medical students
• Familiarity with electronic health records
