About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Work in a high-volume emergency department with an annual volume of 46,000 patients.
- Collaborate with APCs for patient coverage during specified hours.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
Requirements
- ABEM or AOBEM board eligibility within 5 years post-graduation.
- ACLS certification required for board eligibility.
- Must possess a valid NC State License.
- Graduate of an ACGME accredited program.
- Ability to perform moderate and deep sedation, with a required test.
